"Let me just say if you love your child DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. I’m honestly not sure where to begin and I pray this review reaches everyone who lives in the community or anyone who frequents this place. I have never seen such a understaffed and inexperienced pediatrician in my life. I came here for a simple blood test for my son who is afraid of needles (like what child isn’t) and it was almost like I had to do their job for them. I am nowhere near qualified to do so so it alarms me that so many people have came here and left great reviews. The way the older women looked at me and my son was more then I need to know his experience wouldn’t be great there. She was not sensitive or anything that made him comfortable, she took forever to find a vein so she would poke him, then leave, take her time, and come back expecting a still child to be ready to receive a needle. There is no ventilation in this place and there are rooms with no windows where they make you wait besides the main lobby which has approximately 2 chairs. And to top it off they recommend me a place to go to get it done on BRIGHTON 1st street so I’m like okay I’ll go early. I call ahead of time to confirm that my son is 3 years old and they can be able to see him which she replies “yes bring him in” over the phone. I take my time and money to get to this place for the doctor to tell me “she doesn’t take any children under 6 years old ” which is an outright complete lie in me and my sons face. So I make another call to the number this place provided me and I was able to be patched through to her supervisor. He apologized to me and told me there was no reason she wasn’t able to see me and to come to a new location on Monday. He also stated that she gave him such a hard time over the phone about the situation that this was “her last day because she’s fired”. I will be keeping updates on that personally but i hope just seeing how long this review is, is enough to tell you to not come here. Value your time and your child and seek better care from this place. I’m not sure if that was racial profiling I went through but I do know that how me and my son was treated was unfair, unprofessional and unnecessary. -5 stars"

"Dr. Malina is very caring, knowledgable and attentive to the children's needs. She is very thorough and takes time to explain things well and provides wonderful advices. There is waiting time for the appointment but she takes time caring for the young patients and does not rush. She is super personable and so as the front desk staff who is very sweet and professional. The places is kept very clean and welcoming. Both my kids love her after the visit."
