"My son was a patient of doctor Deepti for over 10 years, since he was born. Before him his half sister was a patient, my husband was also a patient of previous founder doctor. I just left because they stopped taking my insurance. After a few years I called to make an appt as a “private- no insurance” patient and Vera was really rude on the phone. She would refuse any tentative I made to get the appt. First she said they are not taking new patients. I gave my info and she found us on their system. So she said she couldn’t book me because of my insurance was not accepted. So I told her I didn’t have that insurance anymore and wanted to pay for the visit. She then said I still couldn’t get an appt because since he hasn’t been there for over a year, they are not taking new patients. I recommended them to so many people… not doing anymore."
