"They are not open until 7pm it’s wrong hourse, they close at 5pm and if you need any urgent assistance they always gives you appointment after couple of days, the stuff are very roof also especially front desk boy who don’t knows anything and always answers with no we don’t do it or we don’t have it, very unprofessional stuff, all the great and professional front desk people they either probably fire them or they quick from this toxic atmosphere."

"We ve been in this pediatrician office for 10 years now. We did not always like it. But got stuck. Now we are calling to make an appointment for newborn and they say it's not possible. Though it is the same insurance. They are tge WORST, incompetent staff in brooklyn ."

"The RECEPTIONISTS are terrible,rude and incompetent..!!! We were trying to reschedule an appointment with the doctor for one of my children, but the receptionist was very very rude and ignorant. Initially we made an appointment specifying that it’s a teenager but when I called back to reschedule, they said that they have my son as a newborn for immunizations,unbelievable… When we were trying to reschedule for another day I called multiple times because the receptionist was hanging up the phone on me and then she said that the doctor REFUSES to see the child … Where in the world does something like this happen that the doctor REFUSES to see the child…???!!! We are gonna go further with this matter… Much Love and Joy to everyone..!!!"

"I highly recommend Belilovsky Pediatrics. Register employees (Front desk) are nice, always there to help and give you advices on how to solve the issue. Doctors are phenomenal with children. Laboratory is in the office, they do all tests. Employees in this office are very kind, incredibly compassionate people that truly love kids and they all dedicate themselves to do their best."

"Worst receptionist EVER!!!!! the old lady with the white hair in here is so RUDE AND NASTY SPOKEN she speaks with only ATTITUDE! When u ask to make an appointment they are ALWAYS FULL NEVER ANY SPOTS AVAILABLE and my baby had a 101 fever and the first thing they say is GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM OR COME TOMORROW and when u ask for appointment for tomorrow they say no the doctor is not available another doctor is. Doctor milman is amazing my daughter has been seeing her since birth but they really need to hire better people for the business after all when your client walks in they are the first to greet them not disrespect the clients."
