"She is the most amazing doctor pediatrician that I have ever met. She received my daughters at birth and since then my daughters are her patients. Always give the best care for them. And if they are sick and they need to see her, the office will always make it possible. I am so glad my daughters had her as their pediatrician. Now they are 18, 17, and 15 years old"

"Genuinely dissatisfied all around. Each time we went the Doctor called my son “she” because apparently she couldn’t even glance over at his chart to at least make the visit somewhat personable. Rushes each appointment and I leave there without my questions or concerns answered. One instance my son had an infection on his privates and she offered a TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT to get to the bottom of it. It was his PRIVATE AREA! How do you do that when it was something you needed to see physically???? We opted for the ER. They weren’t prompt at all with sending prescriptions to the pharmacy I had to wait 2 days for his medicine. I requested my sons charts to be transferred, they told me I had to submit a formal email because They needed something in writing to have them fax it over . Two weeks passed and the new office didn’t receive the proper documents so I went into the office to physically retrieve them . All I did was verbally give his name and date of birth and they printed them out and handed them to me, not asking for identification or anything. I didn’t even tell them MY name nor did they ask. She wasn’t a very personable pediatrician, she didn’t make me feel like she was doing a thorough job treating my child, and the staff seemed careless all around."

"The staff and doctor are always late and have no respect for people's time or apparently their own profession. More than once I've had to sit in the car with a screaming baby due to their tardiness that "can't be controlled". I get there early, why cant they show up on time for their own job? Per one of the staff the doctor is "usually always late" for Saturday appointments. Then you wait more because they overbooked appointments. Office is dirty and staff are rude to boot. Doctor also does not do a thorough check up. Shes in and out in 2 minutes. If I wasn't moving in a month I'd definitely be looking for another place to go."

"I don’t tend to give negative reviews, but because it concerns my daughter, I’m going, to be honest. I took my daughter here for her three-year-old check-up. We waited over an hour to see the doctor, and when she came in, she did not even give her a thorough check up!! I asked what shots she would need as a three-year-old starting pre-k, and her verbatim answer was, “I don’t know” on top of all of that, I discussed with her that my daughter has been having constipation issues- she said she would write a prescription and never gave it to us. The office itself is falling apart- paint peeling off the walls, not very clean, etc. The receptionist was ok, but the rest of the staff was extremely rude and off-putting. Safe to say- never again."

"Dr.Lucero and her staff are very great , and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients.They always treat me with tender loving care, because they really do care. I have always been able to talk to Dr.Lucero and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors . Thankful for Dr.Lucero and her loving staff"
