"Not taking new patients (despite the website saying so) and will not be taking Aetna PPO. Took two days for them to call me back and indicate this (not sure why they couldn't tell me upon calling) after having me send copies of my insurance card via email. I hope they at least go thru the proper protocols and inform Aetna that they will no longer be accepting that insurance and terminate their contract in order to avoid other members from wasting their time calling the office."
