"I love this office and the staff. The doctors, nurses, and support staff are largely available and professional. Dr. K helped us with some tough times and scares, luckily everything was fine but I felt like we were cared for and attended to. I’m glad we located this practice and have nothing but positive things to say."

"I would give zero stars if I could. What a mistake having my children go to this office. Far too many issues to write in this review. However, was called 2 hrs before my daughter’s appointment and was questioned as to whether she had received any vaccinations, yet. I replied no and then the receptionist paused and I asked if there was an issue. She then informed me that my children could not be seen by the practice any more since my husband and I decided to put a pause on vaccinating our children for the time being. We were never informed of this and were told there were no policies on vaccinating when we first transferred our children to this practice. Also, to be called only 2 hrs prior to the appointment is ridiculous. Since we were, essentially, thrown out of the practice I cancelled my 2 other children’s future appointments. We left the practice and transferred to another doctor. Now I just received a bill from this awful practice for medical record transfer fees. We were never told there would be a fee to have records sent to a new provider. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing?! Very disappointed in Holmdel Peds. Seriously question why people hold this practice in such high regard."

"Dr. K is the best, the nurses are great but this office has gone completely downhill in the last seven years. It is impossible to get in touch with the office staff and they take an hour and a half lunch break where the phones are turned off every day. This is usually when people have time to call to make appointments. In addition, they have taken 4-5 days minimum to get back to me with strep test results, do not call and remind patients when appointments are, or remind you of well visits. Therefore, when you call to make a well visit, it is a month or more after your child's birthday. They also have inputted my child's information in wrong to their files. If you're looking for an office that you can get an appointment when your child is sick, this is not the place for you. The office staff has pretty much completely ruined this pediatricians office."

"Every time I call for the past 9 years, I cannot get ahold of anyone until after 8:50-9am! The office hours are 8:30am and can't get ahold of anyone AGAIN now at 8:45am. I love the drs, but the front desk needs to get their act together. I am writing this review finally after many years as we are moving out of state. I've only stuck around because I love Dr. Carey. This unfortunately is why I just take my children to urgent care when sick."

"I couldn’t be happier with Holmdel Pediatrics! My kids primarily see Dr. K and we adore her. She always helps ease my mom anxiety. I have called the emergency line at all odd hours, and Dr. K has always promptly called me back. Additionally, my son was on special formula for his allergies, and the office worked diligently to make sure his formula was covered by insurance. They always respect and support decisions I make for my children (like vaccine schedule). I have recommended many friends here because I feel the trust you build with them and the care can not be matched."
