One of the amazing doctors spoke with me directly over the phone, answered all my nervous questions, and put me at ease. The doctors have been great with our family from the moment they first checked on my new baby in the hospital. As first-time parents, my husband and I were relieved to find that the doctors, nurses, and staff here are all willing to help. During those first few weeks with a newborn, we were often at a loss and made some silly phone calls. We have always been met with kindness, understanding, and expert assistance. "Disappointing Experience I recently attempted to register at a pediatrician's office, and the experience left much to be desired. The staff was unhelpful and quite abrupt in conveying that they are not accepting new patients, except for newborns that are days old.
