"Front desk staff Nancy (don’t recall her name ) she is extremely rude staff - arrogant and need training on how to talk with people. After many requests she said ok you need to rush and come now in 30 minutes as if she is doing a favor by scheduling time."

"This woman had me and my wife thinking our 19 month old son was autistic when he really had an ear infection in both ears and wasn't able to hear properly for 2 months which led to him needing speech therapy. She has cataracts on her eyes and didn't even check my son's ears but told me she did. She literally lied as I stood there and watched her NOT put the instrument in his ear and then tell me he was okay. I wonder how many other parents who had kids with ear infections she told that it was temporary and nothing was wrong. I immediately took my son to an ENT nearby who diagnosed him properly and scheduled surgery so he could get the fluid drained from his ear. But because of the misdiagnosis by Radhakrishna my son needed speech therapy for the next few years."

"I researched on my own and found this place. That too, at a stage when I lost hope because my child (1.5 years then) was catching cold too often in day care and nothing would help. All the doctors at this practice are great. My personal favorite is Dr.Amy Shah. Even the staff and nurses are amazing."

"we visited the doctor as new patient and it was time for annuals. She was in a hurry and requested to come little early and we did. Then doctor said few complaints as part of annuals and left the room. So, we followed up with her on the hallway and tried to understand the major issue she identified suddenly and asked us to meet a specialist asap. We received an invoice for sick visit but we went for annuals. When I spoke with the rep on why there was additional charges, they said doctor spent time explaining the major issue found. since she spent extra time, she is charging you for it. I have moved houses and changed three doctors. None charged me extra for time spent during annual and explaining about the issue they found during annual. As a parent of toddler, anyone would be concerned when there is a major issue identified in annual and would ask questions for couple of minutes. I feel doctor wants to make money even for doing her job of explaining things during annual especially when saying there is a major problem identified. Also, I felt she unnecessarily pushed the panic button to check the specialist immediately especially during this pandemic (checked with specialist and they said it is common and not worry). I would definitely not recommend Dr. Vijaya Radhakrishna since she was in hurry and not explaining the issue/ charging for talking about the issue identified during annual visit."
