Advocare Summit Pediatrics- Clark

"I normally go to the summit location but my sons DR he normally goes to is at the Clark location on Friday’s. The parking is way better, no paying for parking and having to deal with a parking deck. The staff is super nice and treated my son warmly with open arms. I think I may start going to this location more now, took me about the same amount of time traveling to Clark as it does to summit."

"**Clark Location ** First off … don’t trust the ratings for this practice. I’ve heard they delete the bad ones ! I’m truly upset about leaving this practice because I really LOVE NP Kathryn Grant who was taking care of my daughter. Her care is outstanding and my daughter loved her!! I know it would’ve been such a great experience having her take care of my princess through her life … however, the staffing there, including the pediatric nurses are a disgrace. I really considered staying for her but I can’t. I’m a RN myself and I cannot believe how cold they are. It’s a freaking pediatric office !! How is that even possible ?!? The nurses are horrible & don’t get my started on the front desk people who ignore you … I even gave the office other chances to see if maybe it was just an off day. Nope ! They have never once even acknowledged my daughters presence. Anyways, I can go on and on and really elaborate but basically in my opinion .. they should really consider doing a thorough evaluation on their management and staffing there immediately ! It’s a bunch of miserable women lingering around ruining this office which is filled with great MDs and NPs. Very very sad. I’m so sorry Kathryn. It actually breaks my heart."

"Love this practice both of my children are seen here & I’ve always had the best experience. Very gentle and patient. They never have us waiting more than 5 min in the waiting room or to see the doctor."

The office feels like a private experience because they space out all patients so well. When We needed some consultation over the phone for our son, we were promptly reached out to and put at ease regarding our concerns."
