"Today my daughter went there to take my granddaughter to get the flu shot per the school first they said she had no insurance my daughter called the insurance and yes she has Medicaid the lady from the state office called the doctors off the receptionist was rude, so we offered to pay because its needed for her to be in school the receptionist they told her we cant charge its against the law because she has madicaid threw the money and told her to get out they wont be taking her! One the refused a patient in need of service then i try calling to speak to her supervisor and she would not give me her the informatiom i asked to report her! This patient been going there for over 3 years and this is how this office treats the clients i will be calling the state and the city!"
