"My experience with all the doctors in this place, Dr Rosenblum, Dr Santoago and Dr Lebovik has been wonderful. Once Dr Rosenblum opened the office on a Sunday for my daughter by himself without any staff. That was long time ago before this place was bought by another group. I was surprised to see negative reviews of this place. The only complaint I have is a couple of the staff who are sometimes unresponsive and very strict with rules they have made up. The new doctors, Dr Gaurang Patel's group who have purchased this group/place also have been very good. The one aspect i dont like is the off hours call service which sends the call to the nurses and not always has it been a good experience."

"If I had the capability to post 0 stars I would, I just had THE WORST most hurtful experience with Dr. Santiago. I called to request a refill for my daughter's albuterol inhaler because I'm out of state and her dad did not have one at his house; instead of offering to help Dr. Santiago yelled at me "do you realize it's after 1am in the morning; you mean to tell me that all day she wasn't wheezing till now, she had to be wheezing all day." With tears in my eyes I told Dr. Santiago I was doing the best I could under the circumstances and that she was being insensitive by judging me and my parenting; I said to her she was not helping and her opinion did not matter - getting my daughter help did. She then proceeded to tell me she's not licensed in MD (where I am visiting) I told her that she had not listened when I said my daughter was with her father in NJ and I'm in MD visiting. It was like she was finding any excuse to not help and she was upset to be on call. I have praised this office and sent referrals to all of my friends with children; after such maltreatment I feel so hurt. Dr. Santiago has either lost her desire to help or to care...maybe even both; I'm disgusted and disappointed...."

"While filling out a form I needed to look up Dr. Rosenblum's street address and came upon a very negative review of Dr. Rosenblum, and was very surprised. He has been our son's physician for the past 12 years. Our experience has been very positive."

"If you love your child stay away from Howard Rosenblum. He almost killed my daughter!!! He delayed my daughter's diagnosis for several times on purpose. He shouldn't be a doctor any more. Shame on you!!! One of the old nurse is really bad too. She even don't know how to give a shot!!!! Attitude was really bad too!!!!"
