"This place discriminates against people that are not vaccinated! Called for an appointment for my child soon as I told them he’s not vaccinated they said “we only work with people that are vaccinated”. Obviously this place is a scam who wants to stick your child with whatever vaccination they possibly can so they can aggressively bill your insurance company!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!"

"We cannot say enough amazing things about this team! Dr. Samonte has been there for us in every way possible for the last 7 months with our baby and level of care is unmatched. We always feel welcomed and their response time for seeing us is really quick, especially when our little one is under the weather. They truly treat us like family and I can’t recommend them enough."

"This office is amazing! I recommend any new mother to go to this practice! The doctors- who are the mom and two daughters are simply AMAZING.. they are patient..caring and informative all at the same time!!! Even the lady at the front desk is very nice and great at her job! People have to understand working a front desk at a BUSY**** Doctors office can be overwhelming and NOT easy - but she’s doing a fantastic job! So grateful I prayed for an amazing practice and God blessed us with one."

"After seeing the negative reviews I decided to write my positive one to help people understand better and clarify some aspects. Doctor Samonte was recommended to my by my ObGyn whose niece at the time was a patient. Both Dr Catherine and Dulce took care of my son Danny now 4 and Sam, 2. Last year Dr Kimberly joined the medical group and it’s has been a great addition to the team. I can’t complain about anything the doctors always take time to hear the concerns I have and I was never rushed hence the wait times being a bit long, but again that was never a issue to me. I also want give a shout out to the Michele the nurse, she is very attentive and very patient with the boys when they need to give then shots. The boys love her! In regards of the receptionist that some people said she is rude, in my opinion she is just plain busy and it is hard to give full attention to parents when the phone is ringing and there are people on hold. All in all I’m very with the facility, they always greet my kids with a smile and makes us feel comfortable. That’s my review, I recommend see to yourself and take your own conclusion, but I’m sure you will be satisfied."

"Nice doctor but the wait is always very long, every time. **Updating my review after a few more visits**.. We gave this more than a couple chances but the pattern is always the same, the wait time is incredibly long. It’s always a half to a full hour past our appt time before we’re even called into the office, then we wait an additional half to full hour. Our last appt was Tuesday, March 13 for 11:30am and this was our last nerve. We arrive a half hour early, not a single other patient in the building the entire time. We finally get called in, waited a really long time until we decided to just leave. My husband confronted the receptionist (dark hair with glasses) and was told the doctor just now walked in..... what? So unprofessional and rude. By the way we were rescheduled BY THEM and they Still couldn’t get our appt right. So I decided not to ask for recommendations for a pediatrician this time and went on my Own hunt, for a GOOD one. After finding one I immediately wanted to schedule an appt for my 6 month old. I had to run over to Samonte’s office to sign a release for my kid’s vaccination records to be faxed to the new doctor and was told they’d be faxed over. I waited about 4 hours, called the new doc office.... they weren’t faxed. Called Samonte’s office, with a nonchalant and dismissive attitude I was told an office manager had to fax it (I was shocked to hear they even “Have” an “office manager”). I said to her I know you’re closed Thursdays and mentioned I needed this faxed so I can make an appt for my kids TODAY..... needless to say they Still weren’t faxed. Still. So here it is, Thursday, had to leave a message with their answering service. It takes a MINUTE to fax something. Dr Samonte’s office in Clark is unprofessional. Take my word. I’m not just some stressed out mom looking to hurt someone’s reputation. I’m not sure how this office has more than 2 stars. We’ve never given them a reason to treat us horribly so I’m pretty sure we can’t be the only ones.
