"As other reviews mention the Drs. are great but the front desk specifically “Trish” are rude and unprofessional. So unfortunate we had to leave this office due to the staff, but time after time calling the office resulted in a unprofessional interaction. The final straw was “Trish” accusing me of lying about my 2 year old’s Covid Result and requiring proof to enter the office. She then continued on and advised me to take my son to an urgent care in a sarcastic manner if I don't like the rules."

"My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Banschick since she was born. When she was 19 she went to him because she wasn’t feeling well. Dr. Banschick suspected she might be anemic and sent her for blood work. Unfortunately the bloodwork would not be in until the next day and that same night she got very weak. She was taken to the hospital but because she was nineteen, Dr. Banschick was not able to care for her in the hospital. She was diagnosed with internal bleeding which required surgery and two blood transfusions to stop it. She wound up staying several days in the hospital during which time Dr. Banschick, who had cared for my daughter since infancy, nor anyone from his office ever called to see how she was doing. He never even came to the hospital room to at least check on her. His lack of concern was disappointing to say the least."

"Dr. Banschick and his staff are exceptional and welcoming, especially to new parents. It is an emotional time during initial follow up visits, but Dr. Banschick has made it seem like he has known us for years. My wife and I have the utmost trust and confidence in his care."

"Wonderful doctor and a great personality! He is a wonderful doctor but before everything he is a great person. I would highly recommend Dr. Banschick to all parents and hope many more parents gets guidance from him. His kind and comforting words takes away all your worries and his experience and acute diagnosis takes away all your problems. Hope he never retires and guide everyone to keep their kids healthy. "Dr. Banschick is a very wise doctor. He has amazing bed side manners and he is very intelligent and he is very through. I recommend him to any new parents looking for a Pedictrican they can trust. The staff is lovely and vey accommodating. Any time my kids got something he knew what it was before the results came back. He is not a antibiotic pusher. Our family has been very lucky to have him as our pediatrician."
