"The staff here are perfectly nice, but their appointment process is a farce and their prescription pickup wait times border on atrocious. I showed up for a scheduled appointment to receive a flu shot. It was only then that I was informed there were no flu shots available. Glad to know that scheduling an appointment does not actually guarantee you a flu shot. Updated two years later to say that I am completely fed up with this ridiculous pharmacy. They consistently lose documentation, and some of my Rx have taken more than two months to fill as a result. Their customer service is nightmarishly awful at this point. Currently I'm without two medications because these fools can't seem to figure out how to fill a prescription."

"Consistently have terrible service and a problem when trying to refill a prescription or pick-up one. No one answers the phone and when you do get someone, they're in a rush to hang up and never actually solve the problem. I've shown up and had to wait 15-20 minutes for them to just find my prescription. I've had to get medicine for my cat here for the past 2 years, and every time I go there it's like a surprise that the prescription exists. I've had them refuse to fill the prescription even though there were refills available. I have never left the place not frustrated. Finally reached the point to have them transfer my prescription elsewhere and the woman on the phone acted as if it was impossible for them to do. Literally laughed on the phone. There's no reason for this process to be so challenging every single time--especially when dealing with something as necessary as medication."

"I need to come her with family regularly and their prescriptions are always messed up, delayed, or otherwise unavailable. This is a consistent problem and when we try to speak with them on the phone they will literally hang up on us. We've had to get doctor's to call in just to get scripts to "process correctly". I would avoid this place at all costs for your pharmacy needs."

"This place isn't even worthy of a zero star rating. If only there was an option for negative stars. By far the most incompetent pharmacy staff ive ever encountered in my life. Every single medication I need takes them at least 2-3 weeks to process. If they process 1 script they won't process the second one. Every single visit with them they have staff walking around in the pharmacy and just let the phone ring. I'm currently on the phone with these lazy people since 7pm and it's currently 7:32pm. Since they close at 8pm they WILL NOT answer the phone. Do yourself a favor a find another pharmacy. This place is nothing but a serious delay in treatment."
