"I would say that doctor Vaca is the best but we cant get to see her everytime even when we have appointments i was told. I want my child to see the same doctor as long as possible you know? i think its wild that every time we go its a different person and even less happy it would be a "new" doctor". I hate the idea of a revolving door doctor for my child. I wish there were more doctors so it was not like this. one time they were going to give my 6 month old a shot that was not called for and all the nurse said was "oops sorry". It made me upset and I sought out another clinic.Otherwise clean facility friendly and walk in wait time will be long."

"I have been coming here for the past 2-3 years, wait time is insane but I continued to come because of Dr Vaca, she’s is amazing! However today I had a bad expierence, they do not communicate with patients beforehand, you do not get told until you lost a day of work that they stopped taking your insurance. Waste of time, receptionist don’t want to work and call pts re issues like that. It’s a duty of a receptionist to call pt and let them know of any clinical changes that affects them before the appointment. That’s what they get paid for…."

"The doctors and staff that work at this clinic are very experienced and provide excellent in person service. HOWEVER, it is a challenge to get in contact with anyone at the office. It takes hours to get the front desk to pick up and once they do they start transferring you to lines that are never picked up. They have a shortage on nurses — only one on staff & she can’t handle the load of work. The clinic is also very small and not kid friendly. I continue to take my children here because I appreciate the service we receive when ever we visit."

"Best Pediatrician office in the Bronx….Great doctor…. and great staff. Had a little bit of wait time to see the doctor due to the amount of patients, but totally worth the wait, such a loving and caring person Dr. Olivero was. I could tell why she had so many patients waiting to see her. Just from stepping in the room with Dr. Olivero I could already sense that my child was in good hands. The MA staff was very diligent and helpful with filling out any forms that my child needed for school/camp, which I appreciate a lot . I will be referring this office to everyone I know!!!!!! Great doctors Great staff Great for the Community !!!!"
