"I just had the most abhorrent experience with this practice. It’s hard to admit because I have always trusted my children with Tribeca Pediatrics in New York City but this practice’s billing department was beyond despicable. I called because after a couple years of patronage I was all of a sudden getting out of network bills- after never having been notified by the practice. I asked the department to confirm if my insurance was in fact out of network and they hung up on me. I called back thinking it was an honest mistake but they hung up on me a second time. A third call was sent straight to voicemail. How hard is it to answer a simple insurance question and perhaps explain when that change happened?! I could not believe how cruel and dismissive department was. Do not waste your time and if you’re a NYC transplant hoping for the same Tribeca Pediatrics care, know you will not get it here."

Dr. Jessica was great! She listened to my daughter and I and the rest of the staff was great as well. Very welcoming and diligent."
