"Stay away from this place. The office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are so unorganized and never get things right when it comes to scheduling appointments. My wife made an appointment for our son at the Elizabeth office and they ended up making an appointment for the Plainfield office. Why would we schedule an appointment with the Plainfield office when we live in Elizabeth and they have an Elizabeth office location? Then when we arrive for the appointment at the Elizabeth office, the rude receptionist doesn't even want to admit her mistake. This place and the attitudes of these people is trully pathetic. The rude receptionist decides after telling us that our son can't be seen today, that they can squeeze him in once they realized that we had private insurance instead of Medicaid. Absolutely pathetic. We had to pay a $30 copay which they immediately collected. Interesting how they can squeeze you in when you have to pay them money out of your pocket but if you have Medicaid insurance all of a sudden you can't be seen today. That is very unethical on their part. Please find another Pediatrician. You will be doing yourself a favor and saving yourself a headache. I'm not sure how this office is still even open. These people are so unprofessional and the medical staff are not much better either. Especially when they allow this type of behavior to continue. They charge your insurance for everything that is done at their office. This is not charity care. Learn to treat your patients and their families with more respect, especially when our money is what's keeping this place in business."

"I’m here at the door of the Elizabeth office, with my sick kid, after wait almost 3 months for the appointment. Nobody answer the phone or the door. They just canceled my appointment, but never called to let me know. The staff is a deception. Very disrespectful!"

"Every time I come here for my son's routine checkup; they always mess up the insurance codes. Not once has it every been routine. The staff is rude and never take the blame for their mistakes. very unprofessional. Scheduling is always a nightmare as well. recommend finding another doctor for your child."

"If I could give it No stars I would. Worst experience ever. They are very unprofessional and very unorganized. The staff doesn’t care for patients they are rude. I dropped of school forms and when I went to pick it up they claimed they lost it and had no idea who misplaced it. The appointment times are never as your scheduled appointment time is more like an hour and a half later that you will be seen and then your coming out of there 2-3 hours later. Would not be returning here. Do not waste your time coming to this place."
