"Whenever I come here with the ideal intention of being examined thoroughly through the actual doctor of that facility, I am wrong. I usually come in and I hear the secretaries or LPNs, or assistants, or whoever in the backroom talking about their personal lives loud enough for the kids/young adults in the waiting rooms to hear. When I get called into the rooms to get examined, it’s usually through a LPN and let me tell you, the LPNs are MORE thorough and caring for your physical or emotional state compared to the doctor. Yes, Dr. B is NICE, but I don’t need that, I need my doctor to explain everything is going on and solutions to fix it. It’s almost as if she doesn’t she the problem at all and attempts to get you in and out of the office."
