"I’m giving 5 stars for the employees who work the front registers of the store. They don’t deserve to be lumped in with the 1 stars for the pharmacy. They are all friendly and helpful, and I love chatting with them when I stop by. The pharmacy at this location is probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered and I do my best to avoid it."
"Horrible Walgreens. This location is not built for vaccine or flu shots administration. Horrendous wait times even with appointments. Untrained staff. You can get fast food restaurant to prepare your order faster than any pharmacy can give a flu shot. That is ridiculous because giving a shot takes less than 5 minutes. Appointments are meaningless. Getting any basic shot is one of the simplest things in healthcare. Yet these pharmacies make the entire process and experience ridiculously overwhelming and cumbersome."
"First of all, I wish I could have give this store a zero star , but unfortunately there's nothing lower than that. My encounter was with a young pharmacist, who's very rude, unprofessional, and racist; besides, he even told me to never came back to the store after I called them out on how their service was different when it comes to people of color."
