"I can’t say enough about the service we got from Marissa and her team! We wanted to give out chocolate as recognition gift and weren’t quite sure what exactly we needed. We called to get some suggestions and Marissa offered to start pulling it before we arrived. Once at the store she helped us with options and answered our questions. The store started to fill with other customers but she and her team were not frazzled! Her team handled each customer like they were the only people in the store. Always a big smile and ‘no problem’. Thank you for making our last minute shopping fun!"

"Bought chocolates for $75, still the store wouldn’t give 1 sample of a new flavor. If anything the manager isn’t friendly or familiar with good customer service. Her exact words “buy and taste it”. Btw bought a 150 piece box. Definitely a much different experience than other Lindt locations. Wouldn’t recommend this location."
