"Staff is very rude and nasty. They give wrong appointment times if calling to confirm your appointments. When you have concerns about your child/children they brush you off as being paranoid. And they never answer the phones. You walk in and they don’t even greet you back after you speak or stand there for a few minutes it’s like you’re invisible to them."

"I have been calling wince NOVEMBER!!!! To get my kids their FLU shot. Since then I've been told they dont have it and dont know when they will. I call yesterday they said the same thing!!! Today i called they now have it! But they have no availability for appointments for the rest of the month!!!!!!! My kids cant go to school without it! This is beyond ridiculous!!! I have been going to this doctor since i was a child! And since i became a mother 12 years ago!!!! I cant believe i have to switch doctors because of the terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!"

"This office was good but has become a joke. The schedule is ALWAYS booked and THE WORST RECEPTIONISTS work here. They rarely answer the phone, they don't call to confirm appointments. They're rude and make no exceptions no matter if you need an important follow up appointment from ER sooner or how sick your child may feel they will just tell you to go to the ER. They show absolutely no empathy or concern and shouldnt be working at a children dr office. Maybe if they did their job and called people before their appointment to confirm, they would have more room in the schedule due to cancelations or reschedules, but they don't want to work! All other offices I've been to and also worked at, make exceptions and can squeeze you in based on specific/special situations. Sometimes, they have separate doctors on duty for these situations/emergencies. No Parking! Only pro here are some of the doctors. I will not be bringing my child back here again."

"What does a person have to do to have someone pick up the phone? In this office, my daughter has an appointment today and apparently I was given the wrong referral and I need a new one. I’ve been calling for one hour and no answer. It’s looking like a came to a doctors appointment for nothing! Paying cab! My daughter has a huge ear infection I’ve been waiting months for this appointment. I think it’s time I change my kids pediatrician this is just ridiculous!"
