"I've been bring my kids here for years . Staff is friendly and curious, doctors are professional. But there has to be something wrong thier operational system. I had apt. At 11am and my kid didn't get to see the doc til 1245pm. What's the point of making apt. So annoyed!"
"Did a video chat apt for my 1 year old & then Dr Fouad Rasheed asked me if i have my covid vaccine and i said no & he proceeded to say “well if you dont get it youre going to die” & says that 1 mil more people is going to die from covid. so emotionless, & what kind of dr tries to scare people into getting vaccinated."
"I’ve been going to this office for 20 years. There’s been plenty of ups and downs but I stayed loyal! Today’s waiting over 2 hrs today for an appointment just did it for me. I’ve wanted to change Dr’s for a while but hadn’t done so because my kids LOVE Dr. Rasheed. The office today was overly crowded, no social distancing. You make mention and staff gets attitudes. I’m over it."
"These reviews seem to be extremely inaccurate. After going there pratically my whole life, I know that I should anticipate at least a thirty minute wait even if I arrive earlier to the time of my scheduled appointment. The doctors I've had vary, Dr. Ameen, however, is consistently helpful. I can't say the same for the others. One of them was rude and she rushed me to get through my symptoms and after I told her about my symptoms which consisted of things like nausea, back pains and etc. she only gave me a nose spray. I came back later once I saw the prescription and she refused to see me again and instead tried to lie and make it seem like she had been anything other than incompetent when she treated me the first time."
"If I had to rate this office solely on doctors they would have a 5. But after almost 7 years of going to this office I decided to leave due to the staff they acquired over the last year or two. First of all their receptionist Rosie is a nasty human being. You work with kids be a little more compassionate. Second I had an incident with one of their assistants. I went in with my 6 months old baby June 25th for immunizations. She was due for 2 shots and one oral. I bring her home she’s a lot more irritable than normal after her shots. Next morning I go to take of her bandaids and I notice she had 3 pokes in total. Two on her left leg and one on her right. I called the office to ask how many she had gotten maybe I had missed something. The nurse Catherine gets on the phone and tells me that and I quote this “mommy maybe the baby moved and I poked her by accident but she only got two shots one on the left and one on the right and one oral.” I was furious so I called the main offfice in Clifton to speak to the office manager. Her name is Jovanna and I’m told she’ll get back to me. When she calls me a few hours later I tell her what happened and she asks me to take pictures which I had already taken and send them to her. She gets back to me the next day and tells me that the pictures don’t look like she had two pokes on her left leg that it looks like a bug bite and that she spoke to the assistant and she would be having her take classes and that she would have it put in my children’s chart that I didn’t want her as the assistant. I appreciated that I didn’t appreciate how they undermined what had happened. I went back a month after for a follow up and lo and behold the assistant Catherine was once again trying to give my child her immunizations. I told her to call another assistant to which she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude before calling another assistant. This I didn’t appreciate. I go back at the end of that month with my two other children and Rosie the receptionist got really nasty with me when the insurance came up as inactive and didn’t provide me any help other than it wasn’t her problem and I had to figure it out. Once I got that fixed, which the answer was simple, I immediately looked for a new pediatrician office to go to. Too many incidents took place in a matter of 3 months there and I had enough and the office manager was of no help in the end as diplomatic as she tried to be. It’s not fair that the doctors are amazing and their staff is terrible. In the 7 years I had been going there I had never had a problem til June of this year. Attached are pictures of my child’s legs where she had received her shots that were disregarded as a bug bite. You can judge yourself. One picture is of the immunizations she had gotten June 25 the other is of immunizations she had gotten July 30 to which there she had gotten 2 on her left leg and one on her right. You judge whether or not it looked the same."
