"Idk what the bad reviews are about. I have been coming here for 10 years with both of my kids. All the doctors are great, the same lady at the front desk has been answering the phone for a long time and is always so kind and helps me get on ASAP. The doctors call back after hours, they have even seen my child on a day that they weren’t usually available. They have also done FaceTime to help me with my next steps. The doctors here are kind and caring and have taken a lot of time in answering my questions and helping me move forward with the best treatment plan. I would recommend this doctors office."

"Dr. Pandey and his daughter Dr. Neha Pandey are amazing doctors in my opinion. They’re never quick to prescribe meds, and they will discuss and make you and even your child understand the solutions to your concerns. I think all the women who run the office and nurses are great. The office may not look all shiny and new but that’s not why I go there. It’s clean, you get in and out in a timely manner, they offer walk-ins in morning only or call when your kid is sick and they’ll squeeze you in that day. Dr. Pandey has been at the hospital for every on of my 4 children in the hospital and I’ve always thought of this practice as being very reliable. I’ve had telehealth appts during the pandemic and it was the same amazing care. I’ve never felt stranded for care with my children. A+ care"

"This place is a hot mess, i take my kids there for convenience because is close to my house and we love doctor P and doctor Nijah… always new staff around never the same, the MA and front desk are very rude and does not care about any children well. It is so sad because they do have good doctors there.. if you need a form to be fill out they charge you $10 for something that i can fill out myself and they just have to sign and last time i was there we forgot our mask and they were charging us $25c for each mask! Like come on!!"

"I am the co-owner of a business who had reached out to the office manager in order to set up a virtual lunch and learn. We settled on a date and time; I spoke with her the morning of to confirm and sent over the (expensive) lunch. When I logged onto the meeting, no one attended and I did not receive a response to my various inquiries about what had happened. When the office manager finally answered one of my calls a few days later, we settled on another date / time. The practice no-showed to that meeting as well. Since then I still have not heard back about what happened. As a business owner myself, I am beyond surprised and disappointed with this unprofessional behavior from a pediatricians office."
