"This place is horrible !! First i had an appointment for 9 i get here theres absolutely No parking i had to park THREE BLOCKS AWAY ! Then i get in and i have to wait in a waiting room overly filled . Now usually i wouldnt care about Waiting but my Child was here for a case Of lice !!! So they had a potential outbreak of lice sitting in a waiting room With atleast 8 other kids. The livingston office is sooo much better ."

"The only reason I gave a one star is because there isn’t an option for NO STARS. This office is TERRIBLE. The staff is rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a children pediatric office. The receptionist Pillar (I believe that’s her name) was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. She had me and my crying baby waiting for an hour and a half. My daughter is extremely sick and no one even asked if she was okay hearing her cries. After waiting so much time to be seen by the doctor for literally 5 minutes, my patience was running low. I asked for a detailed summary and the receptionist told me “you have to wait” as if I did not wait a long time already. I’ve been to other offices before and no one was ever rude to me. The office in Springfield is amazing with kind staff and I’ve never waited a long time to be seen unlike this office. I told her I’ve waited a long time already how much longer I have to wait and she shrugged her shoulders with an attitude. I told her I did not like her demeanor and I never had this problem in the Springfield location. She told me I could go to the Springfield office then. What kind of manners for a receptionist is this? I wanted to speak to the manager Luz and she was even ruder! She defended her receptionist’s unprofessional behavior and brushed me off completely. I told her I did not appreciate the fact she is brushing me off as if my experience did not matter and I wanted to know who else was in charge. She told me she would not explain anything else to me and to leave the office. I will NEVER return to this office and anyone who wants a polite staff I suggest to look elsewhere because you will not be treated well here. I will be taking legal actions against this location."

"From the front the receptionist greets politely and with a smile. Not much of a wait and when my son didn't have an appointment and was sick they still saw my son and the doctor didn't rush through took his dedicated time to take care of my son. The nurses are sweet, kind, and patient with him and keeps him smiling and even when receiving immunization shots manage to make him happy."
