"I brought my son in to the office, who was very hesitant and nervous, to see Dr. Gwertzman for a Covid test. He could not have had a better experience from start to finish. We waited for maybe two minutes in the waiting room before hearing his name to come into the room, then the nurse who took care of us was pleasant and nice. My son was happily surprised to be greeted by a smiling doctor (even though she was wearing her mask you could just tell) who kept his nerves at bay with lots of chatter and distraction.
