Reviews
"Don’t buy the produce. It isn’t fresh. Also, they show sale items as one price on the shelf but at the register it rings up at a higher price. I’ve had this happen twice. When I pointed out the discrepancy I was told I needed to buy more to get the sale price. Also, cashiers are abrasive and not customer friendly. Even though this market is a block away I go to places further away just to avoid the dishonest pricing and rude cashiers. ***EDIT see response below from business. Rather than make improvements and/or give a constructive response, they chose to prove my rude customer service review."
"Employees at the counter in this store are very rude and obnoxious. They are incompetent . When asked to scan a product the employee refused to do that . Asked for manager but the employee refused to do that either. Not sure why she was acting that way. Left the store without buying the product. No managers were visible to talk to complain regarding the issue ."
"The elderly cashier's rudeness is disappointing and has driven me to shop elsewhere. Customers deserve respect and courtesy. It's essential for the store to address this behavior to retain loyal patrons and maintain a positive shopping environment."
"Honestly, I live above here, and if I didn't, I would never go here. The service is awful. The prices are terrible, and they are well known for selling expired product. My roommate purchased an expired yogurt, returned it, went to buy a new one a day or two later, and they put THE SAME EXPIRED PRODUCT back on the shelf. There's literally no redeeming quality about this place. The cashiers are the most miserable, rude, women on earth. The shelves are so tall they obscure your view (which I'm sure is a safety hazard since you can't see the "EXIT" signage)."
