"Sadly, despite being in 2023, my family experience extreme racial profiling and blatant racism at that location. The secretary was racist, rude, and dismissive. All that in front of a 4 year old girl. I'm not naive to think that this will result in any changes, but I'm hoping that this will at least lead this practice to review how the treat people of color, their biases, and stereotypes. Nevermind my family, no one should be made to feel less just because of the color of their skin. This isn't a determining factor for anything, that's just wrong!"
