"Tried couple times and foods were decent. However, none of the menus were spot on to my own palate to the extent that I would be certain for revisiting. I think it would be a nice option for trying out for anybody living nearby."

"Martha’s is a new spot in the area so had to try. They say its modern american cuisine but it seems a little uninspired to me. The menu is all over the place. Bao buns to pasta to cheesesteak. The fried cauliflower were good. The mac and cheese was mehh and the meatballs were delicious. The cheesesteak was ok but nothing special. Not sure this place has a true identity but I wish them the best. I will say there was good service. Good luck!"

"Martha’s located on 12th St., Hoboken, is a wonderful new restaurant that will become a regular haunt for me. It is quite large, but still cozy enough for an intimate dinner. I usually sit at the bar to enjoy a cocktail and some delicious food. The place is family friendly and they do have high chairs. The staff are very pleasant, polite, and professional. Currently, I’m eating my way through the appetizers, of which there are plenty. Please see the photos below. The pork belly bao was mouth- watering. I was surprised to see the tuna tartare arrive looking like cigars yet they were delicious. Perfectly chilled, and in a crisp non-greasy wrapper. The pork meatballs were scrumptious. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy everything they have on the menu. I applaud them for the effort and attention to detail."

"Tried Martha’s on their second night of opening and we all really loved it! Prices are to par with La Isla which was at that location previously. Cocktails are absolutely delicious, we ordered 3 different cocktails and each one was genuinely good. They were balanced with sweetness and citrus so perfectly. Appetizers: The crispy cauliflower and the calamari were both amazing. Small portions for the price but they were both delicious, definitely the best calamari in Hoboken that we have had. The chicken Milanese was crispy and flavorful, the burger cooked to perfection with crispy fries. But our favorite was the crab spaghetti - this exceeded our expectations! Perfect combo of creamy, salty, spicy, and crabby. Impressed!! We’re excited that they’re open and we will def be back."
