"Pharmacy associates are very lazy. I always see a big queue here and only one person taking care of them. Even though some of them are working in backend, none of them are trained to prioritize customers who are waiting in the big queue. Basic customer prioritization is missing as all of them are doing their own things."

"This place is close to nearby residences. However if you do not live nearby i would highly recommend avoid this pharmacy, a few reasons: 1. Can be very difficult to park. There might be space in front of the Starbucks, but could be None and street parking is disaster here. 2. Traffic can be really bad. This is almost the only cross to enter holland tunnel so use your imagination for congestion. 3. This pharmacy can always short of staff. Line to wat for pick up your prescription can be 20 minutes, and it is not rare, especially over the weekend. So, if you drive and dont live nearby, avoid this pharmacy. Dont waste time here."

"This location's ATM frequently cannot dispense cash. Also, I went to drop off a package for FedEx (they advertise they can accept FedEx packages.) When I arrived, the shift manager, Jonathan, told me there was no more space and they could not accept packages and if they did, they would be endangered of being stolen. Other DR offer to keep it behind the counter. There was no warning they could not accept packages. Not great service at all."

"OMG what a mess. Boxes and packages blocking the isles making it difficult to reach an item. Scary. I kept feeding a box was going to fall in me. It was like being in the dollar store without the dollar store prices"

"Low staffed, prescriptions take for ever to be given. Have to sit around for 30 minutes but tell you 15 minutes. Hate coming here, defiantly changing pharmacies."
