"SO DISORGANIZED. I received my first and second shots here and I brought my father here to get his this year and the experience EVERY time was great. They were incredibly professional and efficient THEN. THIS TIME?? Their system was inefficient and didn't take into account people with compromised mobility. The staff didn't communicate with each other well and that resulted in patients being directed and misdirected to multiple stations. I really hope they go back to the well-oiled machine they were in the beginning."
