"So the main problem is that there clothes are all locked up. Every section has a cord and lock around the clothing. Where was an employee or person to assist? Non existent that’s what. Also I find that locking up clothes is idiotic as I left after wanting to spend 100 bucks plus on some hoodies and sweats and did not want to wait to have them unlocked. This is ridiculous and why retail is screwed. No one wants to purchase in a store when you can’t even access the clothing on the rack. There are really no sales either, Kohls needs to do better. There really was no one in the store either and I’m sure they saw the locked items and left also."
