"I went to Labcorp to get blood work done....I've been going to this Labcorp every month for the past year....I registered at the self check in and noticed a sign that said appointments before walk ins..So I waited.. (AWILE)... as I'm waiting I noticed a sign above the appointment only sign..The vocabulary written on this sign made me get up and walk out.. Who actually printed this and hung this on the door? A third grader or someone that takes prescriptions to draw blood?"

"Staff is super unprofessional. I booked a COVID test because I live a few blocks away and don’t have a vehicle. It stated if I don’t have a vehicle I could call the store to set arrangements. I called over 4 times before my appointment and didn’t get an answer. After traveling by foot feeling extremely unwell I was greeted by rude and unprofessional workers at the pharmacy who told me they wouldn’t do the test for me because I didn’t have a vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager, and spoke to another pharmacist who wasn’t trying to help me at all or understand the situation. She told me I would have to rent a car to take the test. It was a total waste of time and I ended up not being able to get my results in time for work. The most frustrating part was that I was visibly sick and in poor health and they wouldn’t empathize at all after THEY dropped the ball by not picking up their phones. By far the worst Walgreens I’ve been too and I will no longer be giving them my business. Save yourself the trouble and go to a more professional establishment"

"I’m only leaving one star because I have to leave a star. Horrible customer service and just poor management here. I came here to print out ONE photo. I asked the manager if someone is working in the photo area she said yes he’ll be right back, not, what do you need ma’am? So fine, after waiting for 15 very long minutes I decided to ask AGAIN. It was another worker who stated “ALL the machines are out of order, we won’t be able to print your photo.” Annnnnnd the manager couldn’t tell me that????? Seriously??"
