"Overpriced because they pay more for labor. They got this random person inviting you in the room which is hilarious. The wait time is often bad. Even if you order online and show up there with no other people in the waiting room. One med patient come in - they take him first, and he spends 15 minutes trying to decide what he wants. Then, another med patient comes in, and what do they do? They are invited to waste another 15 minutes of my life. I had to wait for an hour one time. After ordering online the night before! And it only took me literally less than 2 minutes at the register. But I had to wait for an hour for some reason. Horrible customer service. Horrible prices. Horrible variety. I have not been here for like 6 months. Do not regret changing the dispensary. Run from here."

"The was my first dispensary I’ve ever been to before. I got carded multiple times just for some edibles. The Botanist feels like I’m standing in line at a methadone clinic. Weed is supposed to relax your nerves, but I was kind of on edge when entering the building. I wish it was more like a smoke or jewelry shop where you could browse on your own and point to what you want for purchase. I enjoyed coming to this dispensary, but prices may be cheaper elsewhere, and the vibes may align with weed rather than narcotics."

"I've been going to the botanist at 100 Century Drive for some time now, and my only complaint is the prices... even though I get a senior discount, it is expensive. Everybody I've met there has been very helpful and friendly, and often I'll ask them for suggestions... and they've been good. The place is neat, clean, orderly, and safe. The parking lot always has a place to park when I've been there. Weekends can be bad, and I suggest that you call ahead to find out (if they answer the phone) or order ahead online. Today, I went there in 90° heat to pick up the battery/pen, and I was told it could be an hour waiting outside in the heat. I didn't need the pen that bad, so I'll come back during the week. As far as the expense goes, I keep telling myself that it costs a lot of money to make that great big building behind that much smaller enclosure waiting room and the store where we purchase the medical or recreational... cultivation, taxes, labor cost, ... and etcetera."
