"Once again Scott has an “I dont want to work attitude” same issue with a passport photo. I went to get a passport photo. I wanted a physical copy and a digital one. Originally, they forgot to give me the usb drive upon checkout so Scott was called to assist. Meanwhile I wanted to ask a question to the assistant at the photo section, so I asked the cashier, who is always at the front, if she can get her attention. The cashier just looks at me dumbfounded. I asked her three times she looked away and didnt call her. I had to call the assistant myself thats number one. Number 2, Scott arrives. And tells me that “whatever email I put to check out, i will be able to get a digital picture” I said “No, it doesnt work like that” I said “i need a usb drive as well.” I mean you work there, yet you dont know how it works?!?!? Anyhow scott had an attitude when addressing customers. Friends and colleagues have said the same thing. Will not be going to this store again."

"Some people shouldn’t be allowed to be in any contact with the public and this store tops the list for their employees and worst managers!!!!!! The manager on register was rude, nasty and ill informed and I left with my day pretty much ruined by this person. I will NEVER shop here again and it’s a shame. It’s local and should be a constant stop for the small things but I guess CVS cares more how their customers are addressed."

"Terrible customer service. I bought a covid test kit. When I got home I realized the safety seal on the box had been broken and a pice for the kit was missing. I took it back and was told it could not be returned. I didn't want a refund just a replacement. I asked to speak to a manger and she told me it was not her problem. Well it's not my problem . I went to get a replacement and 2 more box on the shelf the were not properly sealed. I suggested she have the cashiers check at the register and her response was we can't check everything. Really, it's not that hard. Terrible attitude from a manager, obviously there is no training in customer service."

"If there was 0 I would choose it, very bad manager/ supervisor. Everybody is disrespectful, the pharmacy department is terrible, disorganized, I was wondering why the place was empty lately, I realized most people go to CVS instead . The vaccine is chaos there, the worst branch of Wallgreen. . Need new pharmacists and new supervisor ."

"The pharmacy itself is OK, nothing special but they are efficient. However, my real complaint is with the photo center. It’s by far the worst photo center I’ve ever seen. I’ve had to develop prints there twice and the service is lousy. The people behind the photo counter are unpleasant, unfriendly, and they move and speak like they are miserable and they hate their jobs. I was in there tonight, 2/14/22 at 6:00pm to develop prints and they were supposed to be ready by 6:45pm. The person at the booth gave me an attitude when I asked her if my photos were ready. To make matters worse, the printer stopped printing and another employee came to change the roll of photo paper but to no avail. I waited with my five year-old son for an additional 30 minutes because the employee could not get the printer to work. I asked if my photos were ready and I received an impolite answer. No apologies, no anything but “I’m doing the best I can but I don’t know how”. Please, management if you’re reading this, please get people who can talk to customers professionally and please train your people to operate and maintain the equipment."
