Lady on the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude Update :went again they did not let me pick up package because they was closing at 2 pm and supposedly they couldn’t scan it . They just need to shut down this store . So irresponsible and never answer the phone . Getting my refund"

"Wanted to leave this review just in case anyone else tries to return an FedEx package. According to one of the cashiers they only accept small returns (key chain, socks, etc.) they don’t accept anything larger. I tried to return a rather small nightstand because according to FedEx that store in question was supposed to had been able to accept my return. Idk maybe they really don’t accept those types of packages or it could’ve been the cashier not wanting to do the extra work. I’ve reached out to Fedex to also let them know that said location doesn’t accept the packages."
