"I won't go back to this place. I used it for picking up my online order, and the manager struggled to find it using the order number. Despite reading it to her, she insisted on a different number on the box, which she thought is the tracking number, not the order one. After some back and forth, she finally matched it but with an unpleasant attitude, claiming I'd been reading the wrong number. She even pointed out a mismatch between the address on the box and my home address on my ID, which was irrelevant since I ordered to Walgreens, not my apartment.LOL…. When I complained that they made a simple pick up so difficult for me she rudely suggested I should ship my orders to my apartment instead. The current manager's behavior was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and unpleasant."

"Had the best, most efficient, experience with COVID-19 and flu vaccinations. They are always friendly and accommodating with regards to scheduled appointments even when I arrive too early. Would definitely return as necessary."

"I have lived in Lyndhurst for 20 years. I have been coming to this pharmacy when it used to be Rite aide. I have never had a problem. I don’t usually write a bad review. Even when the pharmacist administered the wrong meningites vaccine to my son, I didn’t write a bad review or file a complaint. However the other day my daughter complaint that the lady was following her around the store. It happened more than one time. We found out that the lady was the manager. She is very rude: Unfortunately I don’t know the manager’s name. It was very unpleasant situation for my daughter and I. Today I was not feeling well and I sent my daughter to buy me couple things with $100 bill. She got the wrong change. She went back, the lady said that my daughter probably lost the money. I went back to the store with my daughter and I told the manager about the wrong change, I told her to count the money and see the video footage, she said she already had done that and she walked away. She didn’t want to talk to me. She called the police to check the cameras and told them that I am not welcome in the store again. My daughter is a honor student, and I am a professional RN. She shouldn’t been working with customers If she doesn’t know how to deal with this type of situations. She is a racist person. I hope Walgreens teaches their employees not to judge people by the color of their skin. I would definitely not recommend this store. After 20 years, I will take my business some place else. I should have done earlier. Don’t waste your time and your energy like I did."

"Walgreens Lyndhurst is my go to place for my health care needs. They have a large spacious building with easy to read signs, making locating articles easier. In addition, they carry a must-have in the store, and located in plain sight too; Phone cards. The staff here is top notch, be it in sales or the pharmacy, and they are always very informative as to certain products. They also have a drive through pharmacy, which helps facilitate transactions as well. It is a pleasure coming here."
