"The worst location I’ve ever been to. The system is always “glitching” so then only cash transactions are allowed which is very inconvenient. The store is always packed with people and there’s only one person every working- which makes it take forever to buy anything. Also the store is dirty and I’ve literally seen urine left on the countertop. Would give zero stars if possible."

"The worst pharmacy, every month is a hustle to get my refill, they forgetting to re order, Walgreens website has a glitch and doesn’t work for refills. I have to walk 40 minutes each time to hear that they don’t have my pills, or that they forgot to re order the pills or any other BS. People who are working there I don’t know what they are smoking honestly"

"Cashiers are rude and very slow. Also they are understaffed. Waits are maddeningly long. Staff does not wear masks when interacting with the public. Showed up 15 mins before my appointment and missed it- because of the wait. Mind you, there were only 3 customers before me. Then, my appointment “allegedly” did not show up in their system, even though I had received the confirmation emails and text reminders for that specific location. The cashier seemingly couldn’t find it. I did not contest this and decided to leave because I am fed up with the place and the utter waste of time that is going there for anything- even the simplest thing like picking up a script that you paid for online. Moving forward, I will avoid going to this pharmacy. The other Walgreens in Ferry street is a similar fiasco."
