"Integrity. It cannot be overemphasized. Any place can give you great service and good, but what if there is something wrong? What will they do to fix it? My Open Faced Turkey Sandwich was lukewarm. I told them they could just microwave it. Less than 5 minutes later I had a piping hot fresh plate. That’s integrity. The service was great, the food was terrific, but more importantly, I trust them. This is an underrated quality in a restaurant. Go here."
