"If you’re Peruvian looking for traditional food that your family made for you, don’t come here and be surprised it’s not what you were hoping for. You had the opportunity to check their Instagram or menu on their website. Leaving a negative review isn’t helpful. Llama Inn is not traditional Peruvian food. They use element of Peruvian cuisine and put their own culinary spin on it. It’s a Phenomenal meal! I sat by myself at the bar and ordered from every section of the menu (including dessert and drinks). Is it “expensive.”? It’s not $20 but we’re in New York, I expected this because again, we’re in New York. This is the second time I’ve come here and it won’t be my last."

"Llama Inn felt like a hidden gem that you have to tell the world about. They have a great open kitchen concept and we were sat at the kitchen counter. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. We enjoyed the ”around the world” sampler appetizer to start and the scallop ceviche. The flavors were different and refreshing. We also had the eggplant with cashew butter that I could not get enough of. For entrees the porgy fish with curry was amazing.Their menu rotates so I’ll definitely be back! This place is perfect for pescatarians."

"Llama Inn was such an amazing experience! The food was prepared for us right at the chefs counter and all the chefs were very talented and meticulous. The food was fresh and plated beautifully. Definitely expensive for the portions but the ceviche is worth it by far. The long beans dish was absolutely amazing and the flavor was beyond creative, nothing like I have ever tasted before."

"Llama Inn in Brooklyn was a logical choice for us after enjoying Llama San in Manhattan. Opting for bar seating, the lively atmosphere set the stage for our meal. We started with perfectly prepared beef heart and octopus starters, exhibiting a delightful fusion of flavors. The tuna ceviche offered a unique twist in its preparation, though I have a preference for a finer chop. The Japanese eggplant presented an intriguing interplay of sweet and sour flavors. However, the standout was the porgy patarashca, served alongside Japanese rice, beans, charred cauliflower, and pickled onions. The coconut sauce was a revelation, and each element on the plate combined harmoniously. Our meal at Llama Inn left us both satisfied and thoroughly impressed, concluding a memorable culinary experience."
