"The woman at the register today was insanely rude. I just called and spoke to a manager. It was an issue for her to blow balloons up…. That’s part of your job. It was an issue I used a $20 because it was too large of a bill. I listened to her huff and puff as I handed it to her… the change was $14. I go probably 2x a week to this location and am a VERY good customer. People here have to learn when you’re overwhelmed you don’t take it out on customers. The woman whose older with shoulder length hair has been nasty on more then one occasion. It’s sad because some employees are lovely, one has to ruin someone’s experience and make me never want to come back."

"Instead of rudely demanding what a customer should *do* next time (there was no, no cash back sign and the employee, a guy with reddish brown hair and glasses, didn't inform me that there was no cash back available and rudely told me I should remember that next time), maybe you should exert a bit more effort and make a small sign that no cash back is available. But hey...that makes too much sense. That kind of logic and customer service obviously doesn't apply to this store."

"I almost Never write a review, because Frankly I'm never all that impressed with most shopping experiences to actually note it.. However today I was at This Dollar Tree by chance to see if they had something I needed. Only went here because I was in the area for other Business. Walked in to Ali greeting me from 25 feet away with a huge Hello!! I took a second to realize she meant me.. LoL. I waved back then kept shopping. I noticed she was speaking to everyone like she knew them. All the employees asked if I needed help so kudos to the staff as a whole, but I was Blown away by Ali. I worked 28 years in retail, and tried to hire the best of. The the best Ali was a great hire and Her personality made my Day. I tried to actually write the customer service to attempt to commend her, but that's near impossible to get . I hope Dollar trees recognizes Their employees who go above and beyond Ali certainly does it is clear."
