"Pharmacy service lied and not helpful at all. I spoke to somebody at the pharmacy prior to arriving and a woman rep. confirmed they had a prescription in stock. Upon arrival they said "we don't supply that here "and refused to let me know who I spoke too. Extremely rude and didn't even offer to further assist in finding it. -2/5"

"The place is pure sadness. Never a worker in the front. Only customers are for the back pharmacy. Pharmacy staff always rude. Everything overpriced. Gave two stars as plentiful parking and never a line"

"After making an appointment 2 weeks ago for my annual flu and COVID shot, I arrived early and was told my insurance card "didn't work." The pharmacy was clearly inundated with too many appointments and not enough staff. The staff member behind the counter did try to help, but was trying to help multiple customers at once. I called my insurance company, Aetna, and was told "Walgreens has all sorts of problems with their systems and our plans." Walgreens, get your stuff together! 1 extra star for the overwhelmed staff doing their best."

"The pharmacy is incredibly inefficient, rude, and unhelpful. I had a prescription sent over from urgent care for my child's ear infection at 7:37 pm. I had to call them the following day at 2:20 pm and only then did they start filling the prescription. There was no apology from the staff about having to wait for a basic medication that was in stock. The store itself is fine, but I have never had a positive experience with the pharmacy for any medication"

"Same as the poor reviews below...beat up older Walgreens..didn't have the iced coffee that I wanted..no cashier either..downtown and stores in Livingston look beat up...no good places to eat....everything else looks immaculate except stores...would recommend going to surrounding towns..."
