"I have always loved 7-11 because its got what you may need and your in a hurry plus they have just cool things you wouldn't find in other quick stop.Plus my boys have always found it interesting and they find their favorite candy."
"Staff in the morning are super friendly. Evening can be hit or miss. The store is clean. Parking lot can be a pain because of careless drivers. Have not had any negative experiences here so the negative reviews surprise me. I have seen a lot of customers being rude to the employees; however, that has never been reciprocated. It’s a 7-Eleven and it fills its purpose in summit."
"Called her crazy ...I sent an employee to make a purchase. She asked the woman manager at the register for a receipt. She said she wouldn't do it b/c she had rung up someone else. My employee then asked to make a return so that a receipt would be issued upon re-ringing. She refused and as she walked away called her crazy my employee crazy in front of 5 other people. That is unacceptable and disappointing behavior. Fortunately there is another 711 in town where the service, equipment and managers are much friendlier. It is a shame b/c Albert who works at this location is such an admirable employee."
