"Poorly managed pharmacy. You come in for a prescription submitted by a doctor and wait on a long line of hacking people. When it’s your turn, it’s not ready but you have to wait on the drop off line to see if they have the script. Wait on that line and “don’t know why it wasn’t filled”. Go back on the pickup line with the sick people. Not the first time I’ve had problems here."

"I used to leave good reviews because I felt like the people who worked here were doing their best, even when I read tons of bad reviews. Unfortunately, I now have to agree and will be transferring all my prescriptions. The pharmacy is awful. They do not pick up the phone regardless of time of day. I was on hold for a really long time yesterday and today. The man I spoke to today when I finally got through was extremely rude. Our family dermatologist left a prescription twice on their voicemail, which they denied getting. They would not call her to get it. The dermatologist took the time later today to call it in since they don't seem to get it off the voicemail and the man was extremely rude to her and insisted it was over the counter, and not a prescription. He's wrong. And the dermatologist's office was loath to call because they said this pharmacy never takes them off hold. The pharmacy has deteriorated significantly in the past few years. They used to have some really nice people working there. It's not worth the amount of time it takes to get simple prescriptions filled. Their app does not work either. I've tried...I'm done. Moving on."

"This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. They never answer their phone. Ever. I try calling different times of the day, different days of the week, minimum ten minute hold every time - if they ever answer. The few times I’ve gotten someone on the line they are extremely rude and do not answer questions. Furthermore, they are consistently out of stock of what would seem like common prescriptions - antibiotics, syringes, etc. I have been a patron of CVS for a long time but this establishment is ruining your reputation."

"This has to be the most unorganized, unappreciative place of "business" I've EVER been a patron at! The pharmacy... through and through AWFUL, literal no accountability... no consistency, no sense of urgency and NOT HELPFUL WHAT SO EVER! They could care less if you die, let alone care if your meds are filled on time and I've witnessed it for far too long. They give you bottles with refills on the label and when you come in to fill those refills you can't! They make claims that aren't true just to cover their horrible work! I've been with my Dr for almost a decade... with no problems at all... EVER! Yet some how all the sudden out of no where I'm supposed to believe he's not filling my prescriptions properly!? Lol Yeah OK... don't use this CVS if you don't like headaches! I'VE GIVEN YOU FAIR WARNING! :|"

"A fine CVS with at least one helpful employee. I swung by the shop when my son got sick after Thanksgiving. Besides the children's ibuprofen, they had lots of cosmetics, cleaning supplies, black Santas, White Santas, and 75% off Halloween candy. My kids are going to wonder why they received Halloween candy in their stocking, but the wifey will be stoked about the savings."
