"I have the worst experience with this site. I have been using CVS at other sites for many years, I always see the professionalism, but not this site. Several bad experiences so far, but particularly: my wife had a dental surgery in July and the doctor gave her 10 days anti-biotics. I took it home for her, and two days later, she told me the medication was only for 3 days, not 10 days. I simply couldn't believe that because I can't believe the pharmacy could make that kind of mistake. I counted and only saw three tablets left which is for one more day (3 per day). Yes, that was a mistake from the pharmacy! I wanted to call the store about that at that time, but I saw my wife's situation was not getting worse, so I didn't call, but thought I should let the store know about it so they don't make the similar mistake. Today I went there for my wife's medication, and I mentioned what happened last time. But first a women staff kept saying she couldn't understand me. Then another women staff (maybe the manager?) came, after I told her the story, she simply said I didn't bring the bottle to the store at that time, so they don't have any evidence. It seems to her that I was lying! That was unbelievable! I was hoping I should hear an apology about what happened to my wife's situation. As pharmacy store, ensuring dispense accuracy is the basic and minimal thing to do. But unfortunately, at this store, I don't see that, not mention the basic professionalism as health professionals. Certainly, I will not use the store anymore!"
"I have to agree with others in that the Pharmacy people are not very welcoming. Stood there trying to get anyone to acknowledge me and they all simply ignored me until I finally spoke up. Very poor customer service."
"Worst customer experience I have ever had. Was waiting on line to check out and a cashier came and refused to check me out and made me use the self service. I needed the normal register as I was buying cold medicine that would need to be cleared. So after her refusal to wait on me she went ahead and waited and checked out two people after me. While I was using the self-service of course when I scanned the medicine what did the machine say? Wait for assistance. So I looked over at her and left everything there and walked out!! Worst customer experience ever and I will never return!!"
"Pharmacy staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I called in reference to a patients medication and no "Good morning how are, how can i help" it was "hello" in an annoyed and unwelcoming tone. To which I followed with a good morning I am calling in reference to... When answering my questions the woman who answer the phone had an annoyed tone the entire conversation and even began to speak firmly above me not allowing me to finish my question. At which point she told me " you can either get something started or your patient can pay 400 for her meds". The "something" she was referring to is a prior authorization which requires a generic for the medication which does not currently have a generic to be tried. I told her that I did try to start one and was informed by the insurance it was not required. She told me "it says it does on my end so I don't know what to tell you". At which point I just gave up and said thank you good bye. I would have understood the attitude had I given one but I never raised my voice I never spoke over her. Terrible service I do not recommend at all. I wouldn't go unless you have no other choice. Sadly Aetna is contracted with CVS so my patient is forced to use this CVS if she wants her medications."
"Do NOT have your prescriptions sent to this location. I normally try to avoid writing negative reviews about businesses. After all, anyone can have a bad day—I know I've had my share. That being said, the poor customer service I've received over the years at this CVS location isn't a mere coincidence or an "off" day. The pharmacy team at this location is truly useless, and often fail to complete the simplest of requests. For example, I asked one of the staff to check on a prescription cost for me. She put me on hold, and I was disconnected after 10 minutes of waiting. When I called back, I was informed that the person I spoke to left for the day because her shift ended. From snarky attitudes to outright lies, I really don't understand what their deal is. Maybe CVS should have stricter hiring standards since the staff here doesn't seem to know their right hand from their left. If you want to avoid a headache and utter incompetence, look into other pharmacies. Also, I only rated them 1-star because I couldn't give them a zero, which is what they deserve."
