My insurance mandates that I go to CVS so I am going to start going to a different location. Worsening the situation, they blast music deafeningly loudly, especially right over the pharmacy counter."
"Almost every time I fill my scripts they are either out of them for a few days or they shower me 3-5 pills. They switch the company who makes the meds every year and they don’t fix scale to new meds and always am shorted a few pills. Not the end of world but if it was a medication that was life or death that’s unprofessional. Most employees at the pharmacy are extremely rude and yelled out your medication for all to hear."
