"Took my father in for an appointment with him, in the middle of his appoint he took a phone call about some award that he was hoping to get. He was on that phone call for 15mins. Very rude, are you more important than your paitents? Is your time more important than ours?"

"I’m sorry that the last review only gave 2 stars over the receptionist being rude. The receptionist I spoke with for my husband Paul’s appointment couldn’t be any nicer. He’s been to one appointment with Dr. Gordon and so far so good. I can’t imagine this being the same receptionist because she was as sweet as the day is long."

"My review is for the lady that makes appointments. Unfortunately I never got to see Dr Gordon. Dr. Gordon was listed on my discharge papers from the hospital. This lady was rude to my husband on the phone. She said they were not affiliated with that hospital. Well then, I have no idea why it was on the discharge papers. I have a serious medical condition that needs monitoring. I should have known by how hard it was to actually talk to someone at the office that this wasn't going to work out. I had been trying for over a week just to make contact with the office instead of their answering service. I hope she realizes she is talking to sick people or their loved ones and learns some patience and compassion."
