"This star is based on the staff I've dealt with over the phone. I am currently in the process of searching for medical care in another state and wanted a consultation before deciding on which treatment center would be a good fit for me and my condition. This doctor is one of the ones I found that might be familiar with the ongoing care I would need for my condition. However, I was turned away on the first phone call from his assistant who told me that if I don't commit to treatment right away an appointment cannot be made. How does one decide if they have the proper doctor if they don't consult first?!?! Insane. I am truly perplexed and disgusted with that conversation!"
