"From the outside of the building there is very little telling you there is a doctor's office inside. The elevator will barely accommodate a patient arriving via stretcher with an ems crew. Patient had a fractured spine. Needs to lay near flat. Please explain to me how to get him to the office if I cannot shorten my stretcher by raising the back? Then this doctor automatically assumes she is allowed to use our stretcher to treat the patient for 3 hours. Not happening. Was then told to move the patient into a reclining chair in another room the size of a small bathroom and the woman in there, a member of staff, playing on her phone had to be asked three times to move so my partner and I could move the patient safely. The cherry on top was the building landlord complaining that our rig was parked.......wait for it....in a parking spot. This is not how this is done people. Yet another urban doctor's office with zero access to anyone who can't walk."

"This “doctor” Gupta deserves to have her license taken away for showing lack of morals and values to her patients. She does not uphold the values and represent the profession she serves. This “doctor” and their staff Does not listen to patient needs and does not provide appropriate response. Horrible patient care service to CANCER patients with such rude demeanor. Her exact response when asked for explanation of diagnosis she replies with “I don’t need to explain to you. This is for doctors. If you want to understand you will need to go to school”. I don’t understand how you can give this type of response to a cancer patient."
