"This is my second year to use their service. I had mixed experience with this service. The office is not big, but it is clean and neat. The office staffs are very friendly and polite. No matter I make phone call 5 or go on person, they always treat me with respect and had my question answered. The atmosphere is welcome and warm. I am very happy with PCA Felicia's professional and efficient work. She talked to us and get to know the family's financial situation. And, she made appropriate adjustment. Her recommendations are helpful. I had another PCA last year. When she worked with us, she appeared rushed and distracted. She took a long time to review the documents but not provide any helpful recommendation. At the end, she complained that we gave her too much work and had to charge us more. I have no problem to pay more if the work amount is higher. However, the way how she presented, made me feel that we were not welcome."
