"i picked up a package at 558 richmond rd due to ups drop of/access point. this will not work for me as most days they close at 6 or 7 when i a leaving nyc job. I dont think ups cares who is the access point they just have limited space in their warehouse. The previous rosebank pharmacy refused to take packages after black friday sales. I had to park up a hill and walk a few blocks to get my package as the street is one way. It's not going to work and I don't want to chase after my package like rosebank pharmacy who was so mean and created a mess. It also says they are a tax service but no one was in there but a lady holding ups boxes.No taxes going on here. Office is small dingy storefront."
